Filing a complaint
To file a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. Return/complaint form
Fill out the return/complaint form and attach it to the shipment. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, an indication of the product number and reason for the complaint, date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.

2. Returning the product
When submitting a complaint, please send back the product with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

3. Shipping
The product under complaint should be sent to the following address:

Returns policy
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from delivery to return the goods in their original condition. After receiving the lampshades in original condition we will pay you back for the products and delivery costs immediately (up to 14 days). According to the store's regulations, buyers bear the costs of returning the product. If the product is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be charged for a possible loss in value.

To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary statement and send it to our address together with the returned product/products:

To the package with the statement and the returned product/products, attach all the accessories received with it/them and the receipt or invoice.

We do not accept parcels sent to the store for cash on delivery.

Note: for customized products (altered size, shape, altered colors, etc.) we may refuse to accept the return.
